There will be no coronavirus-related restrictions at the World Exhibition

14/09/2021
The amendment of the relevant government decree which exempts the ‘One with Nature’ World of Hunting and Nature Exhibition from the protective measures applicable during the state of danger has been published in Magyar Közlöny [Hungarian Gazette].

Pursuant to the amendment, it will be possible to visit the programmes of the World Exhibition to be held between 25 September and 14 October and the related events without disease control restrictions and the presentation of an immunity certificate.

Thanks to the successful Hungarian vaccination programme and the effective measures taken to counter the pandemic, in recent weeks Hungary has hosted a number of major events, including the 20 August St. Stephen Days, the FEI Driving European Championship for Four in Hand and the 52nd International Eucharistic Congress, attended by hundreds of thousands of people.

Preparations for the twenty-day World Exhibition are going to plan, according to the original schedule; gates will open in 11 days’ time.
